Hobby Lobby. World Vision. The sum total of Christian outrage has revealed a staggering and troubling truth: Christians are losing the capacity for complexity.

Some prominent Christians have successfully carved a 21st century ark, sealed the doors with pitch, and left the rest of culture to struggle with the churning waves of the world.

If we are to equip young Christians for lifelong faith in Jesus Christ, we must create a safe place to struggle.

Teaching your students the capacity for complexity ultimately becomes the frame for faith. Where do you invite your students to struggle?
